1. The service
Genesis Publisher is a tool operated by Genesis Media (Javier Mañas Sanchez, tax ID 49285358S) that lets the agency upload and schedule videos on its clients' YouTube channels and TikTok accounts, with their authorization. It complements the content management service the client hires from Genesis Media; it is not a service open to the general public.
2. YouTube and TikTok terms
Genesis Publisher uses YouTube API Services. By using Genesis Publisher you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Your Google data is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy. If you connect TikTok, you also agree to the TikTok Terms of Service.
2a. Publishing to TikTok
You must comply with the TikTok Terms of Service, its Community Guidelines, the Music Usage Confirmation and the Branded Content Policy. You are responsible for what you publish and, from /tiktok/, you approve every post: through that route the tool publishes nothing to TikTok without your confirmation. Genesis Publisher is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok or YouTube.
2b. Direct publishing to TikTok (TikTok API for Business)
If you authorize Genesis Media at /tiktok-business/, the agency will publish on your TikTok account, without any further confirmation in the tool, the videos and captions you agreed with it through the usual channels of the service. Posts are public. By authorizing you confirm that you own the account or have the owner's permission, and that you hold the rights to the content, including music. If a video promotes your own business it is published with TikTok's promotional content label; if it is a paid partnership, with the branded content label. You must comply with the TikTok Terms of Service and its Community Guidelines. You can revoke the authorization at any time from the TikTok app or by emailing herramientas.genesisnova@gmail.com.
3. Your authorization
By connecting your account you authorize Genesis Media to upload and schedule on it the videos you agreed on, and to read the minimum information needed to do so (see the Privacy Policy). You confirm you own the account or are authorized by its owner.
4. Content
Only content agreed with the client is published. The client is responsible for holding the rights to the content provided for publication and for its compliance with YouTube and TikTok rules. Genesis Media may refuse to publish content that breaks those rules or the law.
5. Revoking access
You can disconnect your account at any time from Disconnect YouTube, from your Google Account permissions, from your TikTok settings or by emailing herramientas.genesisnova@gmail.com. Disconnecting does not delete videos already published.
6. Availability and liability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the service working, but it depends on YouTube, TikTok and Cloudflare, which may change or interrupt their services. Genesis Media is not liable for interruptions or changes of those platforms beyond its control. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
7. Changes, governing law and contact
